Refund policy

 

If for some reason your order (or individual coral) does not survive the shipment on the first delivery attempt you will receive a credit towards another order. In the event of a customer cancellation for any reason on their order prior to shipping, the customer will be refunded less the initial credit card transaction fee for the credit card processing which is not recoverable.

You must notify us via email at ExoticReefsofNJ@gmail.com of DOA corals within 2 hours of delivery signature! Do not throw away any corals, as we may ask you to provide photos of the corals in the sealed bags.

This credit will be valid for 60 days from initial purchase. There is no refund on shipping charges under any circumstances as the shipping coats cannot be recovered. Cancelled orders will be refunded, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your billing statement. All purchases assume the customer has intermediate to advanced reefing experience. We are not responsible for errors in acclimation, general care (over or under lighting, water flow, water chemistry, temperature, or inter species coral aggression). Please ask if you are unsure.
